I.Am.So.Happy

I am so happy today, my second day of lifting weights. It feels so good to be back in the gym, getting strong. This is such a shining example of how we can create our own reality.

I could look at the negative:
-I ate SO MUCH food for dinner (and not healthy food, white rice and fried chineese chicken with red dye sugar sauce)
-I actually gained a pound (Probably from the food I ate that is now sitting in my stomach)
-I chatted with the trainer way too much to actually accomplish something.
-My intake of sweets is atrocious.
-I am not thrilled with the childcare at the gym. I saw a child in the "corner."
-My 6 month old interrupts my workouts.

But today, I am choosing happy. Because I love lifting. And that's all that matters. Do I still want to compete? Do I still want to body build? Yes. and Yes. Do I have to be perfect today? Not a chance. My diet will come. My cardio will come. My "getting lean" will come. All I have to do right now, in this moment, is be happy.

I am manifesting this goal using the Law of Attraction. I have to keep reaching for better thoughts, and my feelings will lead me to a place of well being. And today, I feel.so.good. So I know I am on track.

Gratitude

Today I am greatful for

1. The YMCA and their childcare program.
2. That Marley did so GOOD for her first time in the daycare today. (about 18 min total)
3. 8 min cardio
4. 3 sets of calf lifts, 100lbs
5. 3 sets of oblique twists at like 40 lbs...didn't get to finish-that weight was too easy.
